Didn't have breakfast. It available short notice at the last minute after we couldn't get cross the Boyne river. It was very pet friendly.

Everything is as per advertised. All met expectation. Wifi is available but bandwidth is very poor. Owner mentioned that NBN will be connected next month so that might solve that. Other than that everything is excellent, cleanliness, location, ease of check-in. Others mentioned about the noise but it's not that bad even if the room is next to the main road, but due to long day activities I just slept like a baby and doesn't even bother me about cars passing every now and then on the road.
