Friendly welcome, lovely building, meeting area with lots of leaflets and brochures and tips about the area, the nice pool, the great breakfast with a special mention for the scrambled eggs from the home hens Staying by the pool in late afternoon, we feared the noise from the road would be a problem at night : our bedroom was so well insulated that it was no problem at all

The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit, different pastries every day and eggs to order. The hosts were charming and very helpful with ideas for local walks without using the car. The cottage was well appointed and would have been ideal if we had been there in warm weather to make use of the outside facilities. It was in a good location for walking into Mollans and for visiting the nearby area. We hope to return in the spring in better weather, with all the family.

Lovely old house and surroundings with loads of character. Room was big and bright, and there were enough seating options outside to read a book and enjoy the sun. Pool looked nice too. The owners were absolutely brilliant. We got the best breakfasts and dinners prepared by them! They took into account our dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble. We used this place as a base for our cycling holiday and it was just perfect! Highly recommend staying here.
