Nice peaceful location with a lovely pub a very short distance away , everything you need to hand kettle/ toaster/ fridge/ microwave. Kevin and Carolyn were excellent hosts , homemade bread was beautiful and milk & butter was in the fridge too. Good location to travel around a beautiful part of Wales.

Lovely little Annex in a beautiful area, we never tried the pub next door but it looked like it would be nice. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the homemade bread was a nice touch to arrive too. We were lucky as we got to meet puppy Tilly, very friendly also Caddy the other dog and Humphrey the cat, all friendly and love to get petted. Our 1st time in North Wales, we will be back.
