Country houses Overview

Cortijo de la Media Luna is a private complex situated within a 7,000 m² estate.
Located between the village and the beach—just a 6-minute drive from both—it offers beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains. One section of the estate is inhabited by the owners and other residents, while the other section—which is completely independent—houses the "country house," reserved exclusively for guests. The only shared amenities are the complex's entrance and the parking area, which is clearly demarcated.
The house accommodates 16 people, with a maximum capacity of 20 guests. It features 8 bedrooms (3 suites and 5 double rooms), all with private en-suite bathrooms.
Four of the bedrooms (3 suites and 1 standard room) are located within the main building; two of these feature private terraces with sea views. The main building also houses the living area, which includes an open-plan kitchen and a fireplace for use during the winter months. The remaining four bedrooms are situated in a separate, adjoining annex, each featuring its own patio and garden area. All bedrooms come equipped with a private bathroom (one with a bathtub; the others with showers), air conditioning (for both cooling and heating), a TV, and a hairdryer. The property also boasts a private swimming pool (16 m²) with sea views, as well as spacious terrace and garden areas, including a dedicated barbecue zone.

This was rated as a 3 star casa Rural but it was much better than that .the previous comments summed it up . Our room was large a total private terrace the restaurant was out of this world it has to be the best Italian restaurant in the area.

I booked Cortijo de la Media Luna to stay on the night of my proposal to my partner. The room was amazing & the staff kindly decorated the room for us. Great setting and views of the mountains. Would love to stay for longer and enjoy all of the venues amenities.

Very relaxing stay , unfortunately only for one night ! Room was very comfortable with a quirky shower ! We were the only guests but were still able to have dinner. Dinner was really good as was breakfast . The location was very quiet with great views and we hope that the new road nearby will not spoil the peace . We had dinner on the terrace which had lovely views .Both ladies that we dealt with on reception and at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful .
