The hotel staff offered some of the warmest and most attentive service we’ve ever experienced. The people here are simply amazing! My parents and I felt like we were treated as royalty throughout our stay. We were even offered free breakfast, even though it wasn’t included in our booking. On top of that, I got an upgrade I had already paid for, and the next day they kindly refunded me the money. From the reception to the bar and management, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. It truly felt like home away from home!

The service and reception staff were friendly and helpful but the food preparation was very slow and the quality of cooking very poor.(very soggy vegetables and cheap meat that was inedible - and uncuttable. A tagine should be slow cooked to tenderise the meat) Breakfast was much better but took so long to serve that I had to leave much of it as I was running to a tight schedule to make an appointment in Casablanca.
