Fantastic experience! The owner was very nice and welcoming. The apartment is amazing and truly has the best location in the city center. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Modica. The apartment is very well thought out and fully equipped for comfort, everything you need is there, especially in the kitchen. It was also great to have plenty of hot water, so you can enjoy a long shower without any issues. The view is absolutely beautiful and makes the whole experience even more special. Giorgio was very attentive, helpful and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Best view n vibe place . Fancy and fabulous old apartment. Located is great . Parking is easy . Landlord is kind n helpful. Modica is such a nice town to stay .
