Superb location for Modica. Clean, responsive host. The room was small, but comfortable. Good WiFi. Highly recommended.

Nice clean room and bathroom, close to the train station and in the central area of "lower" Modica Also, it was very close to an excellent bakery and literally next door to a lovely fish restaurant

The apartment consist of 6 rooms. My one was comfortable with private bathroom. The location is in the centre of Modica. The owner lady was helpful and pleasant.

Very clean and well maintained. Ideal location and very affordable. The morning staff do not appear to speak English but were very friendly and with a translation app I was able to communicate. Main organiser could communicate in English.
