We got clear directions to self checkin and it was easy to locate. It is apartment in residential building in central location. There is a bit of noise from other apartments but as they all obviously live here everyone was generally considerate. It is on 4th floor so 1 flight of stairs required after lift finishes. Apartment is compact but very well laid out with everything you need for a few days, including cooking supplies and enough coffee pods for a coffee everyday of our stay. We did not meet our host but she was very helpful via messages . We were able to store bicycles securely in courtyard.

The apartment was fantastic, compact but with everything we needed and with great design touches. The host Stefania went above and beyond to accommodate any requests, which we greatly appreciated. Location was perfect too! I would definitely a stay here again when in Modena.

Stefania's place was absolutely perfect, such a gorgeous little apartment, beautifully furnished and pristine cleanliness. Stefania herself was such a lovely host and we were so appreciative of her kindness, generosity, and local recommendations. She went above and beyond to help me get my sweater back when I accidentally left it behind! Cannot recommend her apartment enough, perfect place to see beautiful Modena!
