It’s not new but well maintained. The rooms are big and very clean. The beds are comfy. Parking is very convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful.

Swimming pool. Restaurant! Nature around. Close to Modena and Ferrari museums. Good hotel quality. Good restaurant food.
