Lovely staff and very flexible (I had to book this at 9pm on a Monday in the week of Ferragosto because another reservation fell through). A classic sort of hotel, easy to access Modena city centre and a good spread for breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is situated at the edge of the city centre, the Palazzo dei Musei is just 2-3 minutes by walk. The staff is very nice, flexible and helpful, I really enjoyed my stay here.
