“Great place to stay just outside of Modena”

Very friendly people with both great English and German language skills (as well as Italian!). They provide a lovely varied and generous breakfast and the rooms are spacious. We also appreciated the use of their bikes for the short ride (5km) into Modena Old Town. I would gladly come back.

Nice place, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, clean. Checkout is only at 11am, so you don't have to hurry in the morning.

Just beautiful 🤩. Couldn’t fault. Room was amazing and the staff were brilliant. Highly recommended to make you feel special

Very helpful staff, helpful ordering taxis or giving directions. They also held my luggage for several hours after check out.
