The hotel is beautiful, with antique furnitures, and it is comfortable. The employees are gentil, nice and receptive, and the location is absolutely perfect for who need to stay nearby the university and it's close to pizzerias, stores and bus stops. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Friendly people and clean facilities. Best of all, there's a delicious pizza place nearby. Take bus number 7 and you can reach the city center within 15 minutes. The surrounding parks are perfect for walks. Highly recommended.

A small hotel on the outskirts of Modena, very peaceful location. There is a private car park next to the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of food to chose from.
