Apartment located on the ground floor of the building with own garden.it is quite unique in its style but there is everything what is needed. The host is very friendly and communication is very good.

Very nicely decorated and equipped apartment on the ground floor of the house (even a fireplace in the living room) in a quiet part of town. Friendly housekeeper. Pleasant visit to the city of Modena. I recommend it to tourists on their way nearby.

The host was very friendly and kind and communication with him was without any problem. He offered us water, coffee, and juice. The flat was very very clean, and it was located in a quiet area about 20 minutes on foot from the city center. The parking was free and in front of the house.

The area is very quiet but close to transport links and the city centre. The building itself is nice and spacious, with even a little garden to dry laundry and relax in the sun. Being below the property owners allows for quick and clear communication.
