The owner took the trouble to ask us what we wanted for Breakfast and she kindly gave us what we asked for. The Capuccino was great by the way!

Excellent location in the very heart of Modena. Paula did an excellent job in creating a welcoming, safe and secure home from home for her guests. Our room was comfortable, and we appreciated the welcoming snacks and a choice of tea. The breakfast selection was small, but enjoyable. We had an early departure on our last day, which meant we would miss our final breakfast, but Paola was kind enough to leave us some muffins, pastries and fruit to help ourselves - thank you Paola.
