1. The receptionist is very nice. 2. The breakfast is very good and the staff are nice. On Monday morning, we could not have breakfast because we were in a hurry to hospital appointments. We asked for takeout breakfast and right away they agreed to it. So we were able to get something along with us after our visit. I like the place and recommend for everyone who wants to visit Modena.

Hotel is closed to city centre like 2 km. You need the bus or a car to get around Modena. Clean hotel and good breakfast . The Staff were very welcoming.

Easy access from autoroute, free parking, close enough to centre (not that I needed it), plenty of external facilities very close - restaurants, supermarket, fuel. Complimentary water in fridge - 4 bottles!
