Outstanding property in superb location. The apartment is stunning; everything is provided and in perfect condition. The balcony is fabulous; it has table, chairs and sun lounge chairs.

We had a beautiful time in Modena thanks to Maddalena & her lovely apartment. Everything was thought of, comfortable bed, lovely linen, snacks & condiments. Also recommendations for restaurants. The fabulous Mercado Albinelli is so close & Maddalena’s local knowledge was invaluable.

The property was in a fantastic location, right next to the main piazza. Very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of lambrusco and snacks which was very nice! very quiet apartment, comfortable beds and a big terrace. would definitely stay again.

Very good apartment. Great location, right next to the main square and the cathedral. Comfortable, clean apartment, with new equipment. Very well equipped kitchen. Terrace, where you can have breakfast or sit on a sun lounger with a glass of wine. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks, which was a great gift. Coffee and tea available.. Perfect place.
