The room was very clean, and the staff had already cooled it down before check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. They welcomed me with beautiful smiles, offered a welcome drink, and engaged in light, friendly conversation. Throughout my stay, they responded to every interaction with kindness and never lost their warm smiles. The location is just a short walk—less than five minutes—from a lively area full of shops, yet the room was perfectly quiet. Earplugs were still provided, just in case. The path to the accommodation felt completely safe and wasn’t dark at all. I had seen a review mentioning there was no hairdryer, but there was one provided. Shampoo and body wash were also available. Complimentary water and coffee were provided, and breakfast was perfect. One morning, I woke up a little late, but they still kindly asked if I would like breakfast or if I needed anything prepared in advance. Beer is also available at the property. If I ever get the chance, I will definitely visit this place again.

Our stay at Roos Guesthouse was simply fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and cared for by the wonderful staff — Baden, Luna, Sheila, Rosejane, and Melchor. Each one of them made our experience unforgettable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The rooms are clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you can feel the love and care that goes into running this place. We even shared a ride with other guests — and all of us couldn’t stop praising the staff. That says it all. Special thanks to Werner and Hanna for their excellent management. We will absolutely recommend this place to everyone we meet, and we look forward to coming back one day. Highly recommended — a true gem in the Philippines!

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse, such a great experience overall! The location is perfect with lots of cafes just around the corner. A special thank you to the staff: super friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I absolutely loved both the place and the people. If I ever come back to Moalboal, I’ll definitely stay here again!
