Everything was perfect! Our flight was cancelled and the hotel staff was incredibly understanding and professional to help us! The rooms are sublime and the spa area is simply perfect. I recommend with your eyes closed! Thank you again

The staff was very welcoming and always available to fulfill my special requests. The room was great, the restaurant and bar also. Didn't had the oportunity to enjoy the spa and pool but visited the area and it was nice. Several times I was asked if we had a good time and needed anything else. The hotel was generally very nice but the staff was definitly the best part of our short stay there.

Staff were exceptional and went the extra mile including arranging a complimentary fruit platter and drinks. They were eager to make our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable with lots of room and a large bed. We also loved the pool area for a relaxing swim and the restaurant food was really good.
