It's amazing having a room with a hot spring tub on the balcony with forest/mountain views It's nice and quiet with occasional sounds of the JR train across the gorge passing by The breakfast and dinner is really family friendly and good

The location was perfect to explore all around the Iya Valley and for amazing local walks. The Japanese meals were very good. The onsen at our room as lovely to be private, with a great view of the hills. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The rooms were lovely. Great to have the free Onsen which we really enjoyed. Staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus to the station on the day we left was great. The area was so beautiful, we were very glad we came to Oboke and the Iya Valley

Very good Japanese dinner included. Nice Onsen on the top floors. Own hot tub.
