The food was excellent. High quality ingredients, very tasty and nicely presented. The staff was very attentive, helpful and polite. Great service. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our 2-day stay.

This was my favourite stay in Japan. We were warmly greeted to an impeccably clean facility in a beautiful tucked away forest near a waterfall. The onsens were lovely with both indoor and outdoor options and they seemed well maintained compared to others we tried. The massage chairs were a treat for our sore legs and the welcome tea and communal patio with a view were wonderful nudges to slow down and savour the area. We really enjoyed the set meals and the kind service from all of the staff.
