Food was below expectation - like a canteen n some dishes (lobster) overcooked. Quality n service not what I expected from ryoka at that price point.

Everything was amazing. Staff were very friendly, close to the station and great facilities. Loved the outdoor bath!

It’s quite near the train station (about 15 mins walk). I But the best part is, it’s just opposite the Amanohashidate cable car station which is very convenient. There’s a bus that goes to Ine Bay which is just opposite the hotel, though the journey is far. The dinner & breakfast were great. Perhaps the hotel should provide a warmer link away to the restaurant which is located outside the hotel, it’s very cold walking the link way during winter. The Onsen is great but water is very hot. The amenities provided in the Onsen is more than sufficient. Price wise is abit to the high side. The view of the river in the room was pleasant and there’s a open walk way at the back of the hotel that link to the river. Will consider staying again if there is an opportunity.

A very traditional Japanese style establishment: sleeping on tatami, with a small onsen, and traditional style of service (shoes conficcated at Reception, and no slippers provided - unusually to Japanese Hotels - but Yukata supplied.
