Although the front desk is unmanned it was very easy to contact staff.

The place was super clean, beds were soft and tidy. In the lobby you can get free bathroom supplies if you forgot! The staff was also very helpful and kind.

Miyazaki is a sprawling city so location was only average with for example 4km to the waterfront, otherwise easy to get in and out of Miyazaki to travel to the southern coast, room was basic but clean, hotel has lots of car parking which filled up each night we were there.
