The staff is very detailed oriented. I contacted them about shuttle bus by email, the front desk staff actually remember to remind me if I need to confirm. They also remember my bus leaving time when I check out. Amazing Location is one and the only

A great location with unsurpassed views. We picked an ocean view room and what a great sunrise did we see, from our beds! The hotel is high on a hill overlooking one of the prettiest parts of the Pacific Coast line, absolutely worth walking along (does not take long). The hotel is well appointed with a lot of wood, and it gives an overal homy feel, in spite of the hotel being quite large. The onsen is really great, and the morning views from the male onsen are fabulous (not sure why they switch male/female onsen and deny women such great views). It is great to enjoy a wonderful breakfast buffet in the nice Yukata provided. The terrace next to the breakfast place has stunning views.
