We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very charming in a traditional Japanese style. I would especially like to highlight the staff. They were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive, and spoke very good English, which made everything much easier. What stood out most was how supportive they were after I accidentally left my passport behind. They went out of their way to help me recover it, and I really appreciated their kindness and effort. I would gladly stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect and the room very spacious for all of our luggage with a big cupboard. We had also had with a private toilet and sink area. The beds were Japanese style futons which made the experience feel more genuine than a standard hotel room. Cleanliness was excellent, including in the shared bath area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Friendly staff, spacious room, fabulous view over Hiroshima Bay, handy to the ferry terminal, restaurants, shopping street and shrines.
