The staff were so lovely and attentive. We don't speak very good japanese but almost all staff could help us in English. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful! The staff were able to take our bags to the hotel for us when we first arrived so we could sight see, and the shuttle bus was very prompt! The traditional japanese room and the onsen were great experiences for us.

Wonderful hotel, not modern but with a suggestive atmosphere, wide rooms, in a peaceful context, with a beautiful view. The shuttle from the station was helpful and the dinner with very good food, the staff very kind.
