Lovely location with mountains right outside, just around the corner from a nice walk with a waterfall as well. Big and nice room, room was cool enough despite higher temperatures outside. We arrived late which wasn't a problem at all since we could just retrieve the key outside. Our dog was welcome as well without any issue. Great stay and Mittenwald is lovely! Also just a 15 minute walk to the start of the walking route to the Geisterklamm. Good breakfast as well!

Owner was very friendly and welcoming.. the location was also very nice .. but 10 minutes walk from the train station..

Excellent breakfast included in the price, knowledgeable owner (fellow Scot). Quiet area, very close to the hiking trails. Authentic Bavarian atmosphere, old fashioned room, beds with feather pillows😁
