Really pleasantly surprised. Was the first room we've had in weeks on the road that didn't have a musty smell from the A/C! Staff all friendly and good English, working (and cheap!) washer and dryer, no advertised breakfast but as others have said, there IS a standard American continental breakfast included for all guests (waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yoghurt, fruit - usual stuff, nothing fancy but enough to start the day). Served 0600-0900, it's of note that nobody came into the breakfast room at 0859 to passive aggressively pack up (as is common in US motels I've found) - the staff allowed everyone to finish their breakfast unrushed and didn't start removing things until everyone had left by about 0925. No bed bugs on inspection, metal bedframe and proper bedding in place to effectively prevent these. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room, good hot water pressure, lots of towels provided, good size room and no glaring problems/everything looked alright and functional. Would absolutely stay again.
