Great communication with owner and clear instructions. Lovely cottage in very good condition. nicely furnished. Comortable furniture and beds. lnside spotlessly clean. had all we needed. Nice to have tea/coffee welcome pack. friendly neighbours. Peaceful area within walking distance of Rail Station and Maningtree. Good pubs and restaurants in Maningtree. would return.

Location excellent for walking both into Dedham Vale and the Essex Way to Harwich.
