We had a wonderful time at this house, located in the heart of untouched nature. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. The house itself is very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially want to highlight the host, who was exceptional – extremely kind and welcoming from the very first contact. Upon arrival, we were greeted with homemade products from their own farm, which was a lovely touch. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nature retreat with outstanding hospitality!

It was an experience to be here, in the middle of nature. In the evening we admired the starry sky, and the enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace. Spela is extremely nice, she can bake divine bread and she also makes other homemade delicacies. It's worth a try. The house is equipped with everything, very comfortable beds. The sauna is a special experience, , we even got a bathrobe. We also went to Rogla and Kope on a cozy mountain road directly from the lock, avoiding the traffic.

We were very happy with our Grunt Sonek experience. The hosts, Špela and Marko are a super nice and welcoming young couple. We were greeted with their homemade delicacies and eggs from their farm. They have a really friendly dog that you can pet. The stay is nestled in the most beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by grass fields and forests. The house originates from the 1700 and has somewhat lower ceilings in some rooms, so if you’re taller than 190 cm you’ll need to be a bit more careful there due to ceiling beams. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Everything was really clean, the shower towels were super soft and the bed was very comfortable. The location is really good if you want to go hiking, cycling or just enjoy the nature. After a day of outdoor activities, it feels amazing to relax in the sauna. In case you have a bad weather day you can light up a fireplace in the living room and play some board games that they have. There is also a large smart TV. My girlfriend and I spent 4 days there in May and loved it! We will definitely come back.
