My stay at this hotel was, overall, quite good. The facilities are good, clean, and have a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. Boti, one of the waiters, had an excellent attitude and professionalism, giving great recommendations. He was friendly without compromising his professionalism, polite, attentive, always with a smile and a great willingness to help, demonstrating that his work goes far beyond simply providing service. I also wanted to mention Blanka, the receptionist, who was very friendly and professional from the first moment. She had a wonderful way of providing service, was kind, attentive, and always had a genuine smile, making guests feel very welcome, something that is greatly appreciated when you spend a lot of time away from home. People like Boti and Blanka are undoubtedly the true value of the hotel, representing an example of professionalism and commitment, and providing excellent customer service that makes a stay go from merely adequate to truly memorable.

Wifi is reliable. Room size was good with 2 children. The hotel was preferred by families with small children. Breakfast was fine. Location is also good, restaurants and spa around the corner.

It was our second stay in Lignum hotel and we loved it again! The facilities are new, modern and clean. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a great menu for lunch and dinner. I ate one of the best salads there I have ever had! The staff is kind and helpful.
