great location. 1 minute to the beach and a few minutes to the supermarket and bus station. ac worked good. there is a kitchen and a garden. i great option to stay in Mirissa

The room is fine, it had a bit of a smell, the fan is also very loud, the bed isn't the most comfortable thing but it's fine. There is no major issues with this but doesn't deserve more then 6 starts I don't think.
