We have stayed in the Pullman a few times now and really like the rooms, this stay was my birthday and I really appreciated the added extras - the towels made up to look like a cake and a piece of personalised cheesecake where all lovely touches. I also didn't realise that I had booked the executive room so we had some lovely wine on the balcony - that has the best views in Miri, especially as the sun goes down.

Spacious room and had a separate bath and had toiletries in the room. The bed was comfortable, slept well there. It was near to the waterfront and in a great location and was good value for money. The staff were friendly, the restaurant and bar was nice. As was the rooftop pool and bar.

Our room was very spacey, the view was lovely. Staffs are helpful and soft spoken. The place is very clean. The desserts sold at the ground floor cafe are very tasty.
