I booked a staycation as it was my husband's 40th. The staff was kind to give us a complimentary slice of cake which was delivered to our room. It is our 3rd time staying at Pullman and it will always be our first choice. The location is great, staff spoke good English, the gym is well equipped and maintained, the room is spacious and comfortable

Overall, a great stay. Although it’s not located in the city center, the area is very convenient and peaceful. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I bought a macaron from the lobby, and the guy who served me was genuinely kind. You can really feel when someone puts heart into their work. The front desk lady at check-in was also warm and humble, which made a lovely first impression. The room was spacious and well-equipped, complete with a dumbbell, yoga mat, and other thoughtful touches. However, the complimentary rack felt a little too old. Maybe it’s time to upgrade that to a proper cupboard. The view from the room was enjoyable. No sunset, but still a pleasant scene.

Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and around town. Staff were lovely, room was spacious and clean.
