The fine print
(1) Les heures d'arrivée sont strictement de 16h à 22h. Veuillez demander à l'avance au gérant de la propriété la possibilité d'un arrivée en dehors de ces heures. Si vous n'arrivez pas entre ces heures, accès à votre chambre ne sera pas garanti. En particulier, les arrivées tardives apres 22h sans préavis et accord du gérant de la propriété peuvent être signalées comme non-présentation.(2) Les heures de départ sont strictement jusqu'à 11h. Veuillez demander à l'avance au gérant de la propriété la possibilité d'un départ tardif. Les départs tardifs peuvent être facturés un supplément de €5 par tranche de 15 minutes après 11h jusqu'à un maximum supplément de €20.(3) Les clients ont accès a une salle a manger commune avec un frigo, micro-ondes et une paire de couvert pair de couverts par jour pour manger a midi ou le soir. Les clients non pas access a une cuisine. Veuillez bien consulter la liste d'equipments avant de reserver. La fourniture d'une paire de couverts par jour est inclus gratuitement. Au dela, par exemple, si vous souhaitant manger a midi et le soir sur place le meme jour, la vaisselle de vos couverts sera facture a un supplément de €2 par paire de couverts par jour. (4) Pour de réservations de longue durée, 2 types de ménage sont offert sur demande. Tous les 3 nuits, un ménage ”express" est offert sur demande. Ceci consiste de vider les poubelles dans votre chambre, remplacer les serviettes de bain, et ajouter d’autres fournitures dans la chambre si besoin comme gel de douche et shampooing, thé, café et eau. Tous les 5 nuits, un ménage "complet" est offert sur demande. Ceci consiste de le ménage "express" de nouveau plus changement de drap et nettoyage complet de la chambre avec aspirateur, serpillière, etc. pour la remettre dans la même état que quand vous êtes arriver.(5) Vue que l'access a la propriété est par un chemin ancien, étroite et non-pavée, les camions peuvent pas se garer. Nous n'acceptons que les voitures, les motos, les vélos et les fourgonnettes pour se garer sur la propriété.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Jonathan was an exceptional host. The rooms were clean and cool, the beds and linen were good. The breakfast was superb. Jonathan went above and beyond any expectations which made the stay even better.

Jonathan was helpful, friendly and very sociable. Everything was laid out immaculately and fully explained. The property was clean and very well organised. The bed was very comfortable.

Jonathan was a lovely host. Friendly and very welcoming. (It was a pleasure to also meet his mother). The accommodation was clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. Water and refreshments, etc were made available in the room. The property itself is beautiful. The offer of the use of the dining room to prepare and eat our evening meal was gladly received, as was the secure location offered to store our bicycles in during our stay. Breakfast was ample and set us up for a further day of cycling of our tour. I would definitely recommend a stay at Le Pontent.
