great location, lovely and easy walk to the ocean beach. good garden facilities such as shower, hose. clothes etc if you come back from doing water sports. Great garden for our pup.

Openness and brightness of the place. Balcony was nice. Kitchen was nice to use. Remote powered doors on garage.

Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Very nicely decorated. Lovely view from the upstairs balcony.
