Just back from a weeks stay in this little gem. Dimitris the host is excellent, he couldn’t be more helpful. He contacted us before we arrived to ensure we were happy with location. He was at the villa to greet us, showing us all the facilities. There was also a generous welcome pack. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need, including the basic condiments in the kitchen. The bed was super comfy with a great view to wake up to. The pool area is lovely with comfy sun loungers and dining table. Great views and wonderful sunsets. Dimitris came to clean pool and a midweek clean and change of towels and bedding was also arranged. The villa was spotlessly clean. Don’t let the runway close by put you off. It’s a quiet airport, most days 3 planes in and out.

A Perfect Stay on Kefalonia – Sea Breeze Villa I’ve just finished a dream vacation at Sea Breeze Villa on Kefalonia, and I can truly say – everything was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome to the last moment of my stay, the experience exceeded all expectations. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offers total comfort with thoughtful touches throughout. The private pool with a breathtaking sea view and unforgettable sunsets created a magical atmosphere. Relaxing by the pool with local delicacies – just like in the photo I’ve shared – was pure bliss. Wow!! It is a real paradise!!!. The villa has everything you might need on vacation. The kids loved the pool so much. The view over the pool and the sea are so peacefull. And the sunset views was magical!! The host Dimitris is such a nice guy and a great host. He bought welcome presents for us and for the kids, and also for our yorkie dog, that travel with us. Everything was super clean, new and comfortable. The villa is just a 4 min drive from the airport, and 10 min drive to the capital Argastoli. Great location to explore all sides of the island. We enjoyed our stay 100%!!!! Thank you again Dimitris!!! Hope to see you again, we definitely will come back to Kefalonia one day!!

Lovely villa, we were two couples, no children and it was perfect for us (two bathrooms and two hairdryers!). Although I can imagine it would be just as suitable for a young family too. Spasmata beach is just a 20 minute walk away and it’s very quiet with a small beach bar. We hired a car and drove into Argostoli most nights for food (free parking everywhere). All the facilities were great, we could treat it like a home from home. The villa is very quiet, not overlooked by anyone and the airport being close with occasional planes to watch wasn’t a problem at all. Dimitris is a great host, met us near the villa to check in, gave us some recommendations and accommodated a later check out due to no guests arriving that day. We’d definitely recommend!
