Manuela is a great host. I had a long term stay. Had to go away for a week and needed a taxi from the airport. I could only find one for $120. Asking Manuela she managed to find one for $55. Which was much appreciated. I was also given a free upgrade! Will miss Mindo, a beautiful area with a friendly community.

Manuela is a great host. I had a long term stay. Going away for a week I needed a taxi from Quito airport. The only price I could get was $120 dollars. Contacted Manuela and she got me one for $55 dollars. Which was much appreciated. I was also given a free upgrade on my accommodation for the last 3 weeks. I was sorry to leave Mindo, it's a beautiful with friendly community.
