On arrival we were greeted by Julia's husband and he ran through with us how everything 'works'. Julia called later to see if everything was ok. It is really a perfect self contained studio apartment with parking directly outside. Although the weather wasn't good we had a lovely outlook over the garden. The accommodation has everything one needs for a short break and is in a quiet location. We went to a concert at The Stables, just a short drive away, so not to drive home was a bonus. Woburn village is worth a visit and the deer park is free to walk around.

Everything was perfect, from the host, to the accommodation, to the location for getting to the Stables Theatre. There's also a pub just down the road (about 6 minutes walk) that serves lovely food. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely bright room with nearly every need catered for. Super friendly owners. Comfy bed, nice quality. Well equipped kitchen (although no oven). Loved the skylight, and the little decked area. Tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend as a great little place to stay.

Convenient location within walking distance of The Stables arts centre. Quiet location off the main road. Light, airy room, large comfortable bed, excellent shower, outdoor seating in the garden too. Ample off road car parking. Host kept me informed before and throughout the stay.
