The fine print
The full balance for accommodation is due within 24 hours of booking. If the booking is long-term, or far in advance, the property may be able to offer a payment plan.The guest will be sent an email with their invoice and payment link and the guest will be prompted to enter their credit/debit card information. All payments must pass the 3D Secure authentication screen to confirm the guest's identity with their credit or debit card provider.The guest must complete this process within 24 hours of receiving the email to ensure confirmation of their booking. For same day bookings, the balance must be paid for before 16:30 on the date of check-in. Last minute bookings that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be paid for on the last working day before the check-in date. Non or late payment may result in the booking being cancelled and no keys will be left out for collection.Once the property has received payment for the booking, the guest will be sent their check-in paperwork which details key collection instructions and other important information.If guests require a car parking space, they must request this at the time of making the reservation.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The Vizion appt was lovely, clean and had almost everything you need for a short stay or longer. ( tee-towels would have been beneficial) . Location was very good with good wi-fi and plenty of living space . Just down from a large sainsburys and the hub ( square of restaurants / coffee shop/ brasserie /pubs etc). 10 -15 minute walk to main shopping area and market. In places Lacked signage in my opinion from car park to reception and also key pickup building which is pretty much hidden away around corner out of sight but which is very close to appt once youve found it. Ok if you know where youre going but first stay is a learning experience .Radiators hardly ever on but adequate electric heaters provided in bedroom wardrobe so not a problem. Night time water for shower not very warm at all which was a bit annoying. Obviously non smoking building but smoking allowed on balconys. ( ash trays would possibly ensure external cleanliness ) Overall we had a very nice short 3 night stay. In my opinion very good value for money although February is possibly winter prices. Facilitys well thought out just the few points mentioned could improve the experiance in my opinion and is offered as constructive criticism. Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay. .😁👌

Very clear and prompt communication. It was easy to pick up and return the keys. The location and property were good. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Thoughtful to give us table top fans even though the weather is getting colder as it helped us at night.
