Very well presented house. Two lovely double bedrooms. Nice bathroom, fully kitted out kitchen, relaxing living room. Very clean, well decorated and tidy. Some nice touches with DVDs, good selection of books and local information. Good communications, information guide/ manual. Dedicated parking spot (for one car) worked well.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There was wine chocolate and milk waiting for us on arrival. The little extras little washing up liquid and available cleaning products was excellent.

Good location and the free private parking at the property was a bonus. Comfortable holiday base in a good location for exploring this area of the Lake District
