The Tea Rooms are comfortable and have an old fashioned/ olde worlde style which we quite enjoyed. Location is private but near a main road. Linen etc was clean, beds comfortable, etc. Owner/ landlord is just starting out, so it will be interesting to see how she goes with this property. I personally prefer these character-filled places to characterless, new builds.

Home cooked breakfast was delicious. The owner/manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we highly recommend a stay here.
