The fine print
Full payment is required upon check-in. If you are arriving after 5pm please contact hotel directly to make arrangements. Bar staff can facilitate check-ins until 10pm daily. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. These must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. All credit card payments are subject to 1.3% card fee. Cash payments are accepted but additional bond will be required. Please note if you are using a GPS device, please enter the address as 288 Twelfth Street, Mildura. Upon arrival you will be opposite the resort entry.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
