Very clean and well equipped. Fridge with fresh milk and juice. Free parking. Welcoming host. 15 min walk into the town centre, lovely cafe 5 mins walk away. 20 min drive to Newmarket races.

Very comfortable, a friendly and thoughtful host, who provides those little extras microwave!, cutlery, milk, orange juice, and snack bars- brilliant.

It was in a lovely location. The Annexe was very tastefully decorated. It was peaceful and quiet. It had a microwave and plates and cutlery were provided, but I would recommend you take a tea towel or speak to the owner, she is really friendly and I’m sure she would provide one.
