The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. Even before we arrived, they informed us about many things and explained how they could assist us. The rooms were clean, the other guests were respectful, and the environment felt very safe. Waking up in the morning and being able to see Mount Etna from the hostel’s balcony or from your own room was truly an amazing experience. Grazie mille! :)

Very clean and spacious interior, lovely balcony that overlooks the city and gets plenty of sun. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating of our requests that they could fulfill and were more than happy to help with recommendations.
