The keys I could receive from Maurilia or if I wanted I could get video instructions. There are two options that you can choose from. The apartment was fully equipped. It had pots, cutlery, fridge, hairdryer, cloths dryer, washing machine, TV, internet, air condition, towels, and so on. Everything that was mentioned during the reservation it had. We even got a welcoming service pack containing tea, coffee capsules to the coffee machine, detergent,olive oil, etc. It felt as we were at our home. Very close there is a METRO and bus stops. Very near there are restaurants and a supermarket CONAD. The host was very helpful and warming. She even helped us when there was a public holiday and she was not working. She was answering the messages on whats up. The bed in the apartment is really , really comfortable. Apartment in a good area. Good for families and couples. Truly recommend it :)
