The room was great, separate wardrobe, safety box, terrace. The location was fairly convenient for Milan central railway station. Lots of options for breakfast nearby, Italy is not a country where I would go for a hotel breakfast, I want to try a new pasticceria every morning.

Bernadeth at the front desk was amazing. Our entire experience was seamless because of her. She helped us with everything related to our stay including all the places we should visit and modes of transportation. I was so pleased with the services I recommended the hotel to all my friends and family. The rest of the staff were amazing too. The location is great with many shops around and about 15 mins walk from duomo and from main train station.
