April 2026 it is relatively new building. Very practical rooms with kitchen, washing machine, iron, ironing board, desk, big TV, bathroom and sitting space. Mine also had a large balcony with huge sliding door so very liveable for a few days or few weeks. Huge co-working area downstairs, outdoor area and gym as well. The biggest bonus is the private parking located under the building while not free, is a rare thing to have so close to the edge of the historical area. Surrounding it are plenty of options for supermarkets, cafes and quick access to the trams or renting one of the bicycles or scooters all around.
