First of all the location is perfect to visit Milano. In a nice lively area, and close to transportation. The Hotel itself had everything you could need, it was comfortable and clean. Our Balcony was also very appreciated.

I received information how to check in after contact with apartment. The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and equipped with needed things. Bedroom have everything needed to sleep and rest after a long day of sightseeing. I wasn't used kitchen except the fridge.

Location and cleanliness of the property. And complete amenities. We had a fridge and even a small kitchen. And a coffee machine! I also likes the self check-in system. Instructions were given clearly even before arrival.
