Very clean apartment with everything you needed. Bed very comfortable, even had a tv in bedroom. Kitchenette had stove top, Kettle and coffee perculator including plenty of coffee. Close to tram and train lines. Lovely old lift to each floor. Staff very helpful.

The location is excellent if you intend using the Metro regularly or are using Milan as a base for other travel. We had excellent communication from all of the staff we encountered (Fabrizio was brilliant) which made the check in so easy. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean with a bath (!!) and a fabulous big shower with great water pressure and heaps of hot water. The electric shutters kept it dark for those of us adjusting to the new timezone. There's a great food market at Il Mercato Centrale (the opposite side of the station to the Residence) which we discovered on our second day (we totally missed it when we got dropped off by the Malpensa Shuttle) and I'd say that's the best food and drink options locally.

Spacious, quiet and well equipped apartment, helpful and polite staff sharing all the necessary information with great commitment. Electric curtains were awesome for my sleeping requirements ^^
