Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The reception staff is excellent and at the checkout they gave us a free gift which was a hand cream from Aqua Di Parma . I appreciate it so much and will comeback one day just because of this beautiful gesture . Tiramisu and drinks at the bar are beyond amazing! Room was perfect and with a city view. Hotel smells great and the amenities are also very nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it was really comfortable and elegantly designed. The staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, and always helpful. I also really appreciated the luxurious touch of Aqua di Parma fragrances – such a nice detail that made the experience even more special.

Wonderful experience at the Radisson hotel! We liked it so much that we cancelled the other reservation we had to extend our stay. Nice rooms, great location, functional sauna and breakfast service with a wide variety. The great highlight was the very friendly staff that went above and beyond so that our stay could be memorable. With special mention to Flavio who was exceptional in making all he could to make our stay very special. Highly recommended.

First - the staff and level of customer service was exceptional. Thank you to everyone. Maud when we arrived made us feel very welcome. Second - the hotel itself is an historic building that has been tastefully designed into a modern hotel while retaining the character. The bar and bookshop are lovely. Third - the room. We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the main road. It was just wonderful, the room was so tasteful and I cannot recommend it more. Fourth - location. It's great if you want to be central. Very close to Duomo.
