Samir welcomed at reception and was very friendly. He found us a room that was available early so we were able to check in early. This was a lovely surprise and enabled us to enjoy a full day in Milan.

Great location with lots to do in the area. The beds are very comfy, and the rooms are very spacious. The room has a bar fridge. The staff at the reception were lovely, the ladies made us feel welcome on arrival. We got a HUGE room, which we appreciated. The metro station is very close, so it's easy to get around. The hotel is in a good location with upmarket restaurants and bars. The shower was clean, hot and strong. They give you slippers, body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. They have a porter to handle your bags. Overall, it was a good experience.
