I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The welcome was warm and heartfelt, and every staff member we encountered made us feel genuinely cared for. A special mention goes to Valeria at reception, who was kind and attentive from the start. Mr. Zayed stood out for his respectful and gentle demeanor, while Mr. Diop warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort throughout. Mr. Leronzetto deserves praise for preparing top-quality coffee every morning with a smile. Mr. Luca, also from the front desk team, brought a great spirit and positive energy, and Mr. Samir went above and beyond to assist with any request we had. Mr. Mamadou from the security team was professional and courteous at all times. We also want to sincerely thank Mr. Lkhael, who was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our stay. Always smiling and ready to assist, he added a wonderful personal touch that made a real difference. From housekeeping, Mrs. Sara was outstanding—her attention to detail and respectful manner left a lovely touch in our room every day. We were generously offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s service is undoubtedly high-end; the staff is well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is excellent—safe, clean, and well-connected by nearby stations. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities like luggage scale—small touches that show attention to guest needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
